The basic enterprises for the production of automotive components in Specialty Chemicals division are Ecoalliance Ltd and Tochmash-auto Ltd.

Ecoalliance Ltd is the Russian manufacturer of automotive catalysts with a full process cycle: from development to serial production. The product line includes exhaust catalysts for automotive vehicles fueled by gasoline, diesel fuel and natural gas. The products meet the international quality standards.

Tochmash-auto Ltd focuses on the production of devices for vehicle configuration. The product line includes more than 100 titles: instrument clusters, relay blocks and fuses, fuel indicator sensors, selectors, electronic and electromechanical relay, breakers, switching elements, pressure gauges, etc.

All automotive components are developed individually for each vehicle model.

Exhaust gas neutralizers

The catalytic effect of exhaust gas catalysts is based on flameless surface oxidation of toxic substances in the presence of a catalyst that accelerates the chemical reaction. The oxidation process occurs when exhaust gases pass through the carrier layer coated with a catalyst, and the combustion reaction rate depends on the carrier temperature. The use of catalytic neutralizers makes it possible to reburn incomplete combustion of CH and CO products and decompose nitrogen oxides. The list of produced products includes catalysts for vehicles with gasoline, diesel and gas engines, as well as for motor vehicles, which are manufactured according to the individual order.

Catalytic blocks

Catalytic blocks are used as part of catalytic neutralizers and catalytic collectors designed for purification of exhaust gases of cars with gasoline and diesel engines. The list of products includes catalytic blocks on a metal and ceramic carrier. Products are manufactured according to individual order.

Block catalysts

Today we are ready to offer modules consisting of block catalysts for oxidation processes as well as modules for selective catalytic reduction processes of nitrogen oxides with ammonia.

Selectors

The selectors are made in the form of level arms and are mounted on the steering column under the steering wheel. They are used for electrical devices and automatic systems control that are often used during driving – shifting gears, direction indicators, head lights, parking lights and other lightning technique, wipers and windshield washers, sound signals, etc. Products differ in the purpose, the number of control elements (levers) and the number of positions, depending on the car model.

Relay blocks and fuses

Fuses and relays are very important for automotive electronics circuits. Tochmash-auto Ltd develops and manufactures products for different models of VAZ, GAZ and GAZelle-Next

Fuel and coolant temperature indicator sensors

Automobile sensors control the engine serviceability, help the driver to monitor technical fluids consumption, timely detect malfunctions, ensure safe driving. The modern development of electronics makes it possible to manufacture sensors from durable high-tech materials.

Switches, switching elements

The developed product line is constantly expanded, depending on the consumer needs. Tochmash-auto Ltd has its own design bureau where it is possible to master and release for implementation any component of electrics for different types of vehicles.
